Wild Kratts appear at A Day for Children

Wildlife experts Chris and Martin Kratt from the PBS show Wild Kratts will appear at Nova Southeastern

A fun and free health fair for kids? Yes, please! Nova Southeastern University’s annual kids’ health fair, A Day for Children, is on this coming Sunday, Sep. 18, 11 am – 4 pm at the main campus in Davie, Fla. Kids can receive free health services and information at more than 75 tables/booths (free screenings for vision, medical, speech, behavior and dental, as well as physical and occupational therapy) and have a lot of fun too with food, games, face painting, bounce houses and more.

One of the fun happenings at A Day for Children is an interactive story time by Chris and Martin Kratt, zoologists and stars of the new PBS KIDS GO! series, Wild Kratts. Find the Kratts at the Miniaci Theatre at 1 pm and 3 pm. Chris and Martin will share stories about their animal adventures, interact with the audience and answer audience questions. Each story time is 30 minutes.

Chris Kratt and Martin Kratt have traveled the globe to learn about the world, experience wilderness and help creatures everywhere. Wild Kratts is broadcast in South Florida on WPBT2/Kidvision, Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
